Preparation:

File, New Image, 800wx600h, transparent.
Flood Fill with Gradient

Lets Begin:

1) Effects - Plugins - Pixellisation - Christallisation - Maille 149.
Effects - Plugins - AP01 Innovations - Edgy - Edgy2 - Default Settings.
Take your magic wand Mode: Add, Match Mode: Color, Tolerance 0, Feather 0, Contiguous, Used all Layers and Anti-alias all checked, Outside.

Select any one of the black centers.
Selections - Modify - Select Color Range.Settings Tolerance 0, Softness 100, Select Add Color Range, Reference Color Black.

Hit your delete key on your keyboard.
Selections - Select None.
Adjust - Brightness and Contrast - Brightness/Contrast - Settings Change Brightness to 255 white.

2) Layers - New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with Gradient.

3)Layers - New Raster Layer.
Selections - Select All.
Maximize JHanna_403©Diniart. Edit - Copy. Minimize tube. Edit - Paste - Into Selection.
Selections - Select None.
Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling - Default Settings.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius 25.00.
Layers - Merge - Merge Down.
Layers - Duplicate. Layer Palette - Turn off the Visability of the Duplicated Layer.
Layer Palette - Select Bottom Layer.

Selections - Select All. Selections - Float.
Selections - Modify - Feather - Number of Pixels 2.
Selections - Invert.
Layer Palette - Select Middle Layer.
Hit your Delete key on your keyboard.
Selections - Select None.
Layers - Merge - Merge Down.
Effects - Distortion Effects - Polar Coordinates - Polar to rectangular.
Layers - Arrange - Move Up.
Layer Palette - Change Blend Mode to Soft Light.

4) Layer Palette - Bottom Layer - Turn Visability back on.
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise - Settings - Gaussian, Noise 18%, Monochrome Selected.

Layers - Merge - Merge Visable.
Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - Default Settings.

5)Maximize JHanna_403©Diniart. Edit - Copy. Close tube. Edit - Paste As a New Layer.

6)Maximize psppeg_gno. Edit - Copy. Close tube. Edit - Paste As a New Layer.
Layer Palette - Select the middle layer.
Selections - Select All. Selections - Float. Selections - Defloat.
Layer Palette - top layer - hit your delete key. Selections - Select None.
Layer Palette - Middle Layer - Select.
Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 5 - Perspective Shadow - Settings Tab - Select Drop Shadow Blurry. Basics Tab - Overall Opacity - lower to 66.
Layers - Merge - Merge Down.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenoflex 2 - Burnt Edges. Settings are Default Settings Except Change the Burnt Color to Black.

7)Layers - New Raster Layer. Add your watermark, text or whatever you would like to add at this point.

8)Layers - New Raster Layer.
Flood fill black.
Layers - Arrange - Send to Bottom.
Save at this point unless you would like to animate it.

Animation

1)Open Animation Shop.
Back in Psp. Edit - Copy Merged
Animation Shop - Right Click anywhere on the background in Animation Shop - Paste as New Animation.

2) Back to PSP - Layer Palette - Select Top Layer - Lower the Opacity to 50.
Edit - Copy Merged Again.
Animation Shop - Edit - Paste - After Currant Frame.

3)Repeat Animation Step 2 again but this time lower the opacity to 75.

4)Repeat Animation Step 2 again but this time lower the opacity to 25.
You should have 4 Frames in Animation.

5)Animation Shop - Edit - Select All.

Animation - Frame Properties - Change the display time to 40.

If Desired Reduce size
Animation - Resize Animation - Change in the Pixel Size - the Width to your desired size.

Save your Animation.
